The Senate is voting today on a measure to keep abortion legal nationwide if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, but Democrats don't have the 60 votes needed to pass it. Lisa Beattie Frelinghuysen, senior advisor at Banyan Global and a former law clerk to late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, spoke with CBS News anchors Tanya Rivero and Mola Lenghi about the leaked draft.

Why is it that every woman that is involved in a Democratic party or demonstrating is beyond the age of having any children or wanting children at all I don't see the compassion of them wanting to have an abortion for able to have babies and have an abortion is this sort of like I just want to have an abortion the right to have it and that's the only point I'm making great point for a propaganda and the political motivation and this is fantastic use of that I applauded it it is wonderful
