In this workout you'll strengthen your abs, pelvic floor & lower back, while toning your inner & outer thighs. Aim to feel challenged while keeping 2 or 3 reps in the tank to help you to keep good form & prevent injury.

Aim for 3 - 4 Sets
12 - 15 Repetitions each way
Rest for at least 30 seconds between sets

Modify this exercise by reducing the range of movement (ROM) especially if you feel discomfort in your back.

You'll be able to build up the endurance overtime. Remember 'PRACTICE MAKES PROGRESS!

This exercise is NOT suitable for viewers with osteoporosis
