What is the difference between "I want you to GO with me" and "I want you to COME with me"
Both are used interchangeably.

I’m going shopping. I want you to go/come with me.
I want you to go/come to my doctor's appointment with me, please.
I’m going to a concert tomorrow. I really want you to go/come with me.

Many times we use “I’d like you to ...” instead of as it sounds more polite and is not so demanding.
