TWTR lost money in 2020 and 2021 and had the nerve to issue a $2 bn stock buyback funded by debt in 2021. Their management team has failed its fiduciary duty to maximize shareholder value.

Shareholders have suffered throughout the history of this business and the only ones who have benefited from this venture thus far is the overpaid executive management. They do not deserve the benefit of the doubt. This is a time for scrutiny of their actions and decisions.
