DUDE I think you nailed it. I had never thought before about how Ed has just weaponized all the information he gained in therapy but that is exactly it. He listens to what the professional says, doesn't apply it, and just uses it to try making himself a victim 🙄

I know Tiffany isn’t the best person ever, but god I feel awful for her too. She’s an adult sure, but being discarded by her own father for a toxic relationship with a woman that’s younger than herself must suck. Maybe this is her blessing in disguise though because Ed deserves to be cut off regardless

Not only is it weird for him to marry someone younger than Tiffany. It's not even a healthy relationship. It's extremely toxic and has been filmed for years. I bet people in Tiffany's life from friends to coworkers all know about this whole situation and I would be shocked if they haven't seen some of the mess that is Liz and Ed so I don't blame her for wanting nothing to do with them and to be fair, she tried. She tried numerous times to be there for Ed and even met Liz. She did everything she was emotionally able too.

Liz's mother and Ed could have been a couple because they are close in age and in the same league, but Ed's ego makes him belief that he deserves the best as a beautiful, fit young woman until he destroys her and makes her look like him after that. Look at Liz when she first started dating him and now.

We’ve had a lot of entitled people come on this show, but Big Ed is an entirely new kind of person when it comes to that. I think I realized why he likes being called Big Ed, because of his Massive ego. The only first one to collapse was his neck, it gave out from holding that ego for so long

The fact he still needs Mommy's approval, and knowing their past codependent relationship.... It's nice to hear her tell him that it's HIS decision, and not hers. But the fact he can't even listen to Liz's mom without interrupting to make it about him is pathetic. Insufferable is right! As a narcissist, he repeats what he hears from the therapists and pretends it's his own revelation is textbook.
