I ride a 20x4 fat tire ebike changed flats on a curbside with just spoons and levers. Always carry a spray bottle of soapy water though...makes it so much easier. I remember it was so cold out the water frooze. That really sucked.

Just changed mine took about an hour or so went from a 110/90 to a 120/90. Ftw. No tire tool used good old crow bars hahaha.

Jokes on you, it took me and a friend 4 hours to change the rear tire and tube💀 and that’s including CUTTING OFF the old tire cause we physically couldn’t pop it over the lip of the rim.
