both these athletes tested positive for xy chromomes. the separation between men and womens boxing is because of the obvious disparity that theyre born with. someone born with xy will have an obvious advantage over someone born with xx. you say "if you cant get all the facts then dont say anything" but its common for intersexuality to not be identified at birth which discredits your whole argument of "she was assigned female at birth". "why dont we disqualify wemby or michael phelps" theres a difference between hitting the genetic lottery and being born with male chromosomes/intersex. if you wanted no distinctions to be made then let the best man win and put womens and mens sports together. see how that works out


lastly your point about "its funny that we dont see this in mens sport" makes no sense. we see it in womens sports because a man competing against a woman will have advantages in literally every physical attribute. you wont see a woman joining a mens fighting league and breaking records

In the imane kheliff situation I got into an argument on twitter about why she would’ve never been tested before when she had competed in other IBA sanctioned events and was suddenly tested last year and where this outrage was the last 6 years of her career. And I was told I’m stupid, why test someone who wasn’t winning, it made sense because no way would an undefeated fighter lose, etc etc.
