Fun fact: Until the very last line, Sancho is still talking to Don Quixote and addressing him with honourifics while telling him she’s going to push on, which is why it’s important that her second to last line gets cut off since in her last line, she drops all honourifics and she is finally screaming at herself that she’s gonna live on

Some managers may not like the continuous pressing of the space key during the highlight production.
But this is a symbol of sorts. The sound of Don Quixote pressing the space key on the keyboard in succession as if he were galloping on his rosidante (horse) is similar to the sound of the footsteps of a horse running in succession.
In the end, Don Quixote became a knight running towards his dream.

I'd like to add; fireworks are usually used at the end of events, it's why they're performed at nights and such, and for the final cutscene to have La Manchaland launching fireworks is just a nice indicator that La Manchaland is ending, so basically it was just saying that La Manchaland, Don Quixote's dreams of coexisting, is ending.

I also like how this also correlates to the name of the Canto (The Dream Ending)

Save for the white moon symbolism, with Bari and all that, the fact that you're prompted to even help Sancho win her clash against Don Quixote, despite the game screaming, telling you that its all hopeless, really makes you wonder just how much Don was holding back to test his family's resolve to upkeep their dream.

Best part is, this is just like the ending of Gurren laggan, dad quixote lance form is straight bars/fins, just like the anti spirals drill. while our dons lance is a spiraling helix, obviously like team gurrens.
