It was great to capture the Icelandair 757 in this black and white hybrid livery depart Manchester Airport recently. In this Short we hear her spool up before powering down 23L.
I've had to do some digging in regards of the livery and my understanding is that as it came back for being leased it needed a new livery painted and as later in the year National Geographic will be using one of Icelandair fleet to do a special tour it was decided to paint this frame in the livery that has been specially used for previous National Geographic tours and that the business decals will be added at a later date. Please feel free to correct me in the comments if I am wrong.
