The legs flaring out...no one does it better than mike. So smooth and graceful gliding in the air. That free throw line dunk after lift off with his body seems to be behind the ball at an angle with legs flaring out.

0:44 is actually by far the most impressive of MJ's dunks, better than even his free throw dunks. Notice how he rotated his body in midair? That rotation took a lot of the energy out of his jump, but he still managed to almost hit his head on the basket. He had to slightly duck his head to avoid a collision. Then, on the way down, he put his entire forearm through the basket! That is insane.

Am I the only one who thinks that, although players nowadays have executed dunks with more complexity, they don't quite match the style and form of players like MJ and Dominique?
