Excellent videos, done in real time. I did the rear brakes the other week, no fuss no problems. Fronts and Lower Control Arms this weekend. I'm up $350.00 already just by doing the Brakes myself. My daughter has a Golf and they cover those as well. Incredible.

Great video as always. I have a 2003 C230K; when attempting to replace the sway bar bushings I discovered the bushings are bonded to the 21mm bar. The bushing design is also different then the replacements I purchased. The ones I purchased are like the ones you installed. To use them, I would need to be matching brackets too. Question: Which design is better/newer, bonded or seperate? Which direction should I go, replace bar with bonded bushings OR use split bushings with matching the stock bar (21mm) has locating rings on the bar which position the bushings; perhaps those would interfere with the use of the different split bushings. I have read that MB went away from the split to the bonded I have also read the I am not sure what is the best direction for me to am leaning toward going with entire bar with bonded bushings since that is what came on vehicle stock. Any insight you can add is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

When installing the new bush. Does the gap need to close up completely at the installation cut using just hand pressure? My W203 has Sports Suspension with a 22mm Bar and the bush Mercedes supplied appears to be for a 21mm bar. I have a gap in the cut area when I sit the bush on my bar. I've questioned the dealership and they tell me that its the correct bush for my car. Will the gap close up when the saddle is fitted over the bush?

Why should i loosen the small arm at the upper side? Is not enough to take off the two bolts of the bushing holder for the bushing replacement?

I noticed there was no grease applied to the new bushing or if there was the step was shown off video.

Was the grease and or silicone spray for the new bushing step performed off camera?

Will this project involve alignment afterwards? I would think not since the actual sway bar was not removed.

I have the w204
When I turn the car it makes noise driving down the road I don’t hear anything
Only when I turn the car, I checked the bushing they’re no good, the bar has play?

My question is could it be the bushing ?
That cause the car to make noise when I turn it

Hello, I have this clunking noise whenever I go over a bump and the car sways driving. I have changed the shocks, the struts, the link bars, the upper and lower control arms. I cant think of what else to work on. Could it be the bushes on the stabilizer bar or are there any other bushes to look at, please?
