7:52 Does the hazard token get placed on both 8's, or can the player choose which one gets the bad news?

Can the Environmental Inspector development card be used at the beginning on a players turn before rolling like you may with a knight card with the robber in classic Catan? Thus moving the inspector before rolling? Yhe viseo did not seem to indicate this. Thanks for a great video!

i notice that this game has almost all the rules for the original Catan. Does this game come with a quick start guide for experienced Catan players?

Can you trigger more than 1 event per turn if you are in the 6-18 range?
Also how many brown events are initially in the bag?

Its very similar to the original but altering a few extra conditions in order to win

Spending energy to demolish a fossil fuel power plant. The rule just says to demolish a plant of your choosing, doesn’t say it has to be yours… my thought process here is that this lowers the GF and benefits the whole board, not just you… thoughts? Or does it HAVE to be one of YOUR FF power plants?

For the warehouse, what does the gray piece with an X symbol over it mean once you built it? Is that supposed to mean that you are unaffected by the gray meeple if its on a space with one of your cities (meaning you produce resources even if its on a resource space one of your cities or towns in on) and people can't steal cards from you with the gray meeple, etc.? Thought I ask since that part of the warehouse wasn't explained in the video.
