Bro don’t waste your time. No respect but the only people who you can talk to are all Indians who don’t live here. And they all follow the same sequence. They will ask for 1-3 minutes to look at your account. When they come back, they transfer you to their supervisor who is also Indian. They she tells you she will escalate your case which will take 3-7 business days. I pretty much can predict what they gone say. My account has been blocked for over a month with all documents intact. I really don’t know what it is and these support people can’t help me out

I have tried to edit my pickup time in the Uber app to no avail. Most frustrating thing ever. There is no 3 dots in my app to click on. I have searched through the whole app and there is no edit button. Searched everyone online and no answer. Not even a phone number to call Uber support.

Uber isn't accepting calls from that number. Maybe they block me because I confronted him about owing me money
