It took a long time, but I got a run of this boss where I managed to not fall once, and it was sub-1 minute. I’m very happy with this despite how improvable it looks. I don’t want to grind this boss seriously again. I got what I wanted.
This started off very well. I got pretty lucky at the start, with a green mine appearing very early. After that I didn’t miss a single attack until I took the boss below half health. After that great start I had to play a lot more carefully. It was honestly pretty stressful having to dodge all those missiles and needing to try and land hits with side tricks. I got hit with just one hit remaining, but fortunately I got knocked onto a platform and was still able to beat the boss without falling.
