Application was done, approved, and paymaster close. But that status is now on there still from 01.08.2024....
Today is 13.08.24 and no changes to status. On my ussd under payments status...there is no payment record.

My application was approved and I submitted the COB after 15 days then after that I got the 1st payment. Yesterday I checked my status and it said cancelled by paymaster I really don't understand what I did wrong because I haven't send another COB since I haven't reach the next 28 days ... I'm asking regarding UIF payment.

I've worked for about 7 companies and has never applied for UIF ever but funny enough there is no roll over record from 6 companies meaning UIF only pays out for the last company.
So what happens to the other benefits?
