Great work ... most gym folks have no idea how difficult this feat is. I'm 60 and use 15/20lbs with 1 hand

the inside and outside circles could be a little better, try to throw the clubs away (try to straight out the arm)
and (mostly at inside circles) try to catch with 90 degrees arms and a straigt wrist a little more.

the mills and swipes are amazing, its really really hard with 12kg! the form is also great! good job!

Is 25 lb. club good for two handed exercises like squats and pullovers, or is that too light? Thanks.

I think the wooden clubbells are much easier to balance than steel one's...
