Me again Ema, do you offer consultations? I have most of the elements done already (lead capture form, canned emails, package, project status, scheduler, etc) done and I've attempted to set up my workflow but it's not working and I'm out of patience lol. Hi Ema, thanks so much for your helpful videos! Quick question, what's the Contract category in Forms intended for? I originally set up my coaching agreement and NDA as separate contracts but quickly realized I couldn't send them both at the same time in the same email so I combined them into one contract. And come to realize now that I should have set them up as a Proposal? I'm so confused. Also, is the reason for including it in the Proposal so that you the client can get invoiced at the same time too? Again, I'm so confused so thanks in advance for your insight!

Hi Ema, I don't quite understand how to "start" the Booking Workflow. I see that it was added as "To-do" in the Inquiry Workflow, but how/what needs to happen for the Booking Workflow to kick-off?

Hi! do i need to do the packages if im using Shopify? is it easier to use the packages in Dubsado?
