I'm a teacher, and one of my goals is to work only my contract hours. Towards the end of the year last year, I ended up staying too late so many times, and I feel like I wasn't even super productive then either. I want to recommit myself to the task schedule I had at the beginning of the year (for example, on Mondays I prep the art projects, Tuesdays I prep the homework, etc.) so that I know everything can get done on certain days.

So for 2025 I want to go back to FT after a year of running a small business - just not for me. I'm going back to FT being more intentional about who I work for and the field compared to before starting my small business.
