The Bad Batch Episode 2 breakdown is here!
The episode was slower paced compared to the first episode's 70 minute action packed pilot. I felt that this episode really helped us understand the massive change the galaxy is going under in regards to new laws and rule of the galactic empire under Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader.
The episode also helped us to understand where Cut has been during Order 66 and how he's been doing with his family. We know that Rex was just here a day ago (with Ahsoka?) and that everyone is now aware of the chips implanted in the heads of the Clone Troopers to make them execute Order 66 against the Jedi.
The episode moved to build the connection between Hunter and Omega, like Father and Daugther, while building upon the other characters abilities slightly.
I wonder if in the next ep, we'll see Rex and Ahsoka, and perhaps, learn how they saved Gregor and Wolffe.

I like how Wrecker is solid tank who likes blowing stuff up, but has got a soft part for kids...

I completely understand why the Empire switched to Stormtroopers, the Empire didn’t need an army as much as they needed a police force. They had to have a presence in the galaxy, not an elite squad of killers cloned from one of the greatest bounty hunters in history.

I love how this episode showed that Wrecker was more than a Big Bad Brute. Seeing Wrecker be a cool uncle warmed my heart so much, not to mention that it showed that Wrecker does get serious like he did with the clamp.

The whole transition feels so creepy. It's weird seeing the clones in their clone armor behave and act like stormtroopers (like the protocols and being a bad guy). It's really well done tho!

I like what they did to wrecker this episode. In the trailers I thought he might be overly annoying portraying the big strong dummy but he’s actually a damn good soldier and always alert. Great episode ✨
