Kindness has always been art of my personality, opening doors, smiling, hello or even my elevator stand-up. I enjoy everyday opportunities to make someone smile or even..laugh. I guess my twist on kindness- a little humor is the "dessert of kindness".

I'll be extra kind to myself by preparing some extra tea & watch some healing videos. I'll send a gratitude note to the people who have prepared me meals during my recent illness. I will send a kindness newsletter today (Christmas eve) to my newsletter list today, whether or not they are paying clients. I'll show kindness to my outdoor AirBNB guest by offering her a cup of tea (if she is willing to accept--although she may prefer to continue the "camping experience" inside her warm tent. Either way, I offered.

True that. I think we need to apply it everywhere. Sometimes it becomes difficult to practice it at home, because you are really tired handling the people outside the house. And all that tends to exhaust you. Hence you lose patience on your loved ones.

I read an autobiography of a person in ministry. That person said: respond openly and freely to requests for help. That happened to me; my response was: “What do you need?” and everything else turned out well for the participants, as well as the project. So the person was a faith ministry that will impacted a large group of people with hope and kindness in an age of anxiety and fear.
