To be fair to Billy Gilmour he is a class player. Anyone who’s actually watched him play Will see this. I remember his debut season at Chelsea he was man of the match in every competition I think ? He also ran the midfield against Liverpool and Roy Keane praised him which is rare. The clip is still on YouTube from that match. Then tuchel came in and never gave him a chance…. He was sold to Brighton and couldn’t get into the team due to caicedo who couldn’t be dropped. De zerbi even said he felt bad for gilmour because he deserved to play but it was difficult. I also remember how Gilmour ran the show against England in the euro 2020 was it ? All the media and pundits were singing his praises. This season he has actually been given a proper chance and been one of their best players. Hopefully he hits the heights he is capable of. Anyone want to argue with me watch his game against Liverpool for Chelsea on YouTube or v England in euros 2020. He’s more elegant to watch than Englands boring midfielders apart from bellingham.
