RALPH BREAKS THE INTERNET REVIEW
-SPOILERS-
Last year I had the misfortune to see the emoji movie (a movie that I hate with all my might) which left a bad taste in my mouth and made me distrust any other film that touches the Internet but this new sequel to wreck it Ralph changed all that. This is a new Disney story that honestly left me quite surprised. I must tell you that I had very low expectations regarding this film because of the terrible the emoji movie but once again Disney managed to surprise me and showed me something original and authentic.
The plot of the movie is basically that Ralph and vanellope have to find a new control for sugar rush since the other broke and for that they must travel to the internet and buy a new control on Ebay, from there they end up in a racing game GTAV-style and they know a wonder woman runner who helps them make money by recording a funny video and making it viral, then they end up on a platform similar to YouTube where they earn a lot of money thanks to Ralph's viral videos. But when vanellope decides to stay on the internet, Ralph releases a powerful virus that transforms everything he touches into internet insecurities and the final battle is against a giant Ralph made of several defective ralphs that invade the entire internet. In the end Ralph decides to let Vanellope go to stay on the internet and he returns to his game.
I think that this eternal debate about the uses of the internet is something very deep because it is something very powerful that nowadays afflicts us all. In this film we are presented with all that in an accurate and efficient way, nothing to do with the emoji movie shit.
Ralph breaks the internet managed to captivate me and I dare say it was much better than the first movie and in fact I had my doubts about whether the character Yess would be the villain but it was not like that. The film has two final scenes. One is about the girl moana saying that her scene did not appear in the trailer and the second scene enchanted me: a preview of frozen 2 (movie that premiered in 2019) appears but is interrupted by a video of Ralph singing "never gonna give you up "which I found really fun.
I felt like the American captain watching all the cameos and references, there are characters that we saw in the first part as Sonic up to characters like iron man, dumbo, baby groot, grumpy, Nick Wilde, dumbo, buzz, baymax and even the same Stan Lee appeared in this movie. Without forgetting the Disney princesses ... yes, well Who is hungry?
In conclusion, Ralph breaks the internet managed to break the ominous perception that generated the emoji movie to the Internet and managed to captivate me and show me something new truth that has nothing to do with the crap of emoji movie. Ralph breaks the internet gives a 360 ° turn to the vision that many have on the internet and if you have not seen this movie yet, I recommend it a lot. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.
Imagine Dragons interprets the main theme of this movie, of which you listen to "Zero".
