From this lesson onwards I will show you how to install multiple Java packages and Python packages on your Raspberry Pi, we will be using these software tools to build a web browser controlled Robot which can perform multiple A.I tasks like image processing, object detection on the browser, human following and controlling via browser etc. NodeJS is an open-source platform that allows you to run JavaScript outside of a web browser. Its popular amongst Java developers for command-line tools and server-side scripting to drive dynamic web pages. Installing the NodeJS runtime on your Raspberry Pi is a straightforward process and only takes a couple of commands.

This is a wonderful RPi NodeJS example. I would like to use the newer Orange Pi5 to control a servo arm. The OP5 runs OpenCV about 2-4 times faster than the RPi4. However, the OPi5 code to control the GPIO PWM servo motors is not setting up the 26-pin header without errors. It is the next problem to solve? Also, installing NodeJS on the OPi5 would be a great robot project. I have installed TensorFlow Lite on the OPi5 and it is running at 10 to 20 FPS 8 cores 50%. 😎 Coding Scientist do you have any suggestions? Thank you.
