Colleges and Universities should be prosecuted under 21 USC Subsection 856, at this point. That would be, knowingly maintaining drug involved premises.

It’s a national disgrace, the collegiate drinking.

From the spelling of his name, Won Jang, I am guessing that he is from Korea. Unfortunately, hazing is not an illegal activity in most states.
