Lyrics
Metropolis, the worlds collide,
Ain't nobody could be on your side,
I don't care, I don't care

Metropolis is something new,
Ain't nobody got their eye on you,
I don't care, I don't care

Metropolis, the worlds collide,
Ain't nobody on the other side,
I don't care, I'm not there.

This is such an underrated track despite being on their second biggest album, it just goes to show how killer the whole album is!

Their mid tempo tracks like this and Capricorn have such a deep groove going on, this band was so much than a bunch of total noise merchants

It's pretty bright. Different from a lot of their other songs. It's good, though. A little more relaxed, happy, hopeful.

I love this one! It's Motorheads most Hawkwind sounding track. Right down to Lemmy's outro.
