Oh my god look at that endless sea of crowd signs, what the hell happened to wrestling.

Back when a regular Monday night Raw could sell out a Skydome or Georgia dome with 40, 000, amazing.

I had seats at the upper level. It didnt matter one bit. It was an amazing RAW, and I was just glad to be there for history in the making. A few months later, I was across the road at the ACC for Nitro. Ah, the monday night wars were a great time to be a wrestling fan.

That might be the most signs I have ever seen at a wrestling event. Now if you have a sign, security will take it away from you. Anybody younger than 27 doesn't realize what they missed with wrestling in the 90s. I am glad I got to witness it.

Canada 316. We Canadians love stone cold stunners, stevewiesers aka molson Canadians. We loved him because Bret The Hit man Hart believed in him first

We will never EVER see anything like the attitude era ever again. What a time to be alive and see it all as it happened. Wrestling today is bubblegum compared to the attitude era. Nothing compares. From late '96 to 2002 is the best years professional wrestling has ever and will ever see.

I was there. Brought a sign that I spent a long time on....then realized there were 40, 000 others who did as well

I will never be able to explain why him silently mouthing nonsense on the walk out the back made this entrance so good. It really felt like "This guy is real pissed off about something and that's the reason he's here, Jesus who's he mad at?" Such a small detail that made it such a Texas Rattlesnake entrance.

I was here. It was insane. The signs went down during the matches mostly but I remember when the show started. It was quite the scene.

Fun fact that raw had more crowds than some of the wrestlemanias that took place.

I was at raw is war live in baltimore when austin and kane put paul bearer down the manhole in 98 the one thing i remember and ill never forget it was when the glass shattered till this day ive never heard anything like it ive been to rock concerts and other events but nothing could create the noise i heard that night when austin came out the whole building shook i just stood there and watched as jim ross would say feel the magic of this man ive seen hogan live in his prime in the 80s and his pop didnt come close to austins he hit a nerve saved wrestling and made millions with his neck almost broke the guy is a legend and the biggest merch seller and draw ever i dont care what anybody says i also remember his merch would sell out so fast at the events you had to go to the bootleggers outside to get merch they would have 4 stands set up not like today you get one they had 4 and it was 90 percent austin merch it was insane im glad i lived to see it and see it live there was nothing like it and thats the bottom line!!!

I miss these days. A bunch of signs that drown out the crowd, the flashes from the disposable cameras. What a time it was to grow up
