Last Life #1: The Gentle Giant

Last Life is an odd mix of a Social and PvP Minecraft game started by Grian. Players are thrown into a tiny world with almost no rules, except survive as long as possible.

Dark Green = 4+ Lives
Green = 3 Lives
Yellow = 2 Lives
Red = 1 Life

Red Players are given the goal of killing all the other players in the game. In addition to the Red Players, each episode Boogeymen are chosen in secret and randomly to kill another player. If they fail to do so, they will lose all except 1 of their lives in the next episode.

To add chaos to the social dynamic, players also have been given the option to share their lives with each other.

I watched Tango’s POV earlier and I absolutely lost my mind laughing when *[spoiler for this episode incoming!]* Etho turned around and threw the diamond into lava. Not only is it a hilarious nod to the community, but also, WHAT a power move. I’m so looking forward to the rest of the series! Shenanigans to ensue, I’m sure.

The build up to the murder in this episode is genius. The diamond, the jukebox, the joking of being the boogeyman, and Etho literally saying that BDoubleO100 was the boogeyman.

Not to mention what happened with Grian gaining then losing his life.

You know when Etho said the music was "Foreboding", he got the definition spot on, since he actually foreshadowed someone dying to the music lmao.

By the way, foreboding means to predict something ominous.

Yikes, 19:37 is WAY creepier from Etho’s POV! I think it’s due to BDubs slowly turning his head to look at Etho, as Etho backs away.
I can just imagine Etho’s face, IRL, when BDubs attacks Grian…but only to a point, since I have no idea what Etho looks like.
Still…what epic first boogeyman action!
