Does "1/3=.3 repeating" mean if you cut a pie in the shape of a peace sign to share with 3 people that it can't be perfectly split?

Like someone is going to get more and someone else is going to get less?

Or even that the peace sign itself, while aesthetically pleasing, is in no way perfectly delineated?
