In India, before we drink milk, i.e., cow's milk, we dilute the milk with water warm it and may be put a little tumeric and drink it before retiring for the night.

We live on a farm and we drink only raw cows milk and we never had broken bones and all 3 of my children have never yet had fillings in their teeth. They never even had traces of tooth decay and they are ages 16, 17, and 19. It's nothing to do with not giving your children cows milk and lots of vegetables lots of minerals. It's about giving them a good healthy diet and minimising sugar and that includes fruit. Fruit has sugar and acid. Oral hygiene is also a big part to play and drinking water too.
