I just found your video. I'm still at my teachers training in Germany (sorry for my bad English). My main struggle at the moment is fixing what I want to do in the lessons. I'm super perfectionistic and I always consider my own lessons as boring so it's hard to plan what I want to do. Especially since atm there is always another teacher watching my lessons. I'm scared of having a bad time management during the lesson. I sometimes feel like I'm not made for teaching as I don't know if I want to work 60h a week for the rest of my life... do you have any tips on how to decide what you want to teach especially when the curriculum has only few specifications?

Using this for lesson plans on art movies and documentaries. I'm going to use these tips but directed at the main characters in the stories. Heeheehee

Thank you, this was so useful, just as I'm about to plan some more lessons :D I find it quite difficult to judge how long tasks will take (especially at the beginning of the year, when I don't know the kids yet!). Last year I struggled to get the plenary done, but hopefully this will get easier with experience!

I deferred my teacher training as I spent more time planning than teaching and it got away from me :(
