Biscoff Rocky Road Recipe | Cupcake Jemma

OK OK! We will finally give you our best kept secret.....the recipe for our infamous Biscoff Rocky Road. We've been slinging this baby since C&D Soho day 1. YOU love it, WE love it and now the whole world cam love it too. You can make any size of this, Sally and Dane are making a MEGA amount to feed the hungry gang at the Crumbs & Doilies bakery but below is a recipe for an 8" square tin. You can always halve or 3/4 this recipe to make it smaller, Or double it to make it bigger!

500g White Chocolate
300g Biscoff Cookies
300g Biscoff Spread
50g Melted Unsalted Butter
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Cups of Mini Marshmallows

Absolutely LOVE Sally & Dane doing videos. Yes, I ❤ when sally is on the videos, but it's twice as nice seeing Sally & Dane doing some together. You 2 just make it so fun, which then makes people feel good about doing your guy's recipes at home. It's not like other dessert makers on YouTube that are boring.
