[5]Paste link and remove the S from HTTPS
[6]Hit Enter, download AND ENJOY

2) PASTE IN ***INTERNET EXPLORER***
3) REMOVE the * S * from HTTPS (http://)
4) Hit ENTER key and download OpenIV's setup installer

Ok, it worked I just had to do one thing different from this tutorial if you have the problem with where you pasted it in and removed the S then press enter, and if it doesn't work then just do this if it says the websites name and everything still then you will notice the S came back, remove it again, press enter and it will start the download No idea why it does that but yea that's what finally worked for me no clue why the S comes back after removing it and hitting enter.

if you dont have internet explorer 11 then you can just use microsoft edge it works the exact same right as u paste without the S then it downloads the setup ...thanks for the tutorial bro it was quick easy and worked so now I can install car mods

That's an online installer, the server is down ! Can't download the necessary files.

for anyone wondering, you have to paste the link, which will bring you to another link, and then you remove the s from that one. it will not work otherwise
