I've tried a few Breedlove guitars at the music store . I love the projection, and tone of them. Good lesson too !

Great video on exploring chordal variations within key, Sean. I've been interested in learning more about non-chord tones. Basically, the importance of adding passing notes, or notes that aren't within the key, and how they can spice up and make for more unique melodies. Be awesome if you could do something where we purposely look for notes outside the key. All the best..

Hey Sean or anyone ! I have a question that I keep looking up but the search gets botched because it thinks I'm asking something else. Ok when playing and learning the notes in my head, the note names flow easily in my head until I get to a sharp/flat then it slows me down. For instance in the key of C it's no problem but when I'm playing and it's in G the mental process of thinking G, G, E, E, is up to my picking speed but if it's G, G, E, G, F#, E the mental notation does not flow. Right now I just try to imagine seeing an F# to keep the flow going. Is there a better way to do this ?

How long can you get away with what I mean by how long is how far up in that can you go and still just borrow from the bar chord of that shape like you're doing with the f sharp?
