Sometimes it is hard for me to concentrate and read. The idea came to me to check and see if there was a YouTube video with someone reading a beautiful morning prayer. This reading is fantastic and very soothing. I love Earl’s voice, and I love the background visual and sounds of the ocean, one of my favorite places in the whole world. Im trying 90/90. I will make this part of my morning. I really want a happy clean life. Im 15 months from my DOC, and searching for a new way to live.

Today I really do feel self pity. My family went off on a mini vacation and they didn’t even ask me if I wanted to go. It’s sad how they treat me. They think their smart and sneaky but it’s obvious they don’t want me to go. So today I guess I do feel self-pity. It just really hurts my feelings that they treat me that way, but I’m relying on my higher power to heal my broken heart. Amen.
