Totally agree with you and I am a Samsung fan. Samsung Folds disappoint as they have not really made any changes since the fold 3 that is worth it hence why I have not purchased one yet and probably will not as you said there are better foldable devices now.
I was banned from Instagram for a week for bad mouthing Samsung foldable devices.

Thank you for the video.
I am a foldable fan boy. Not a Samsung fan boy. I am not braiwashed by any manufacturer, just like most of us.
I have owned 8 different foldable phones and right now thinking of getting either Fold 6 or Vivo X Fold 3 Pro.
I also like the facts but different opinions as well.
Here are my opinions.
-Buying a stable working software that you know makes me sense.
-Cameras are almost the same as previously. But the software is not.
Google Pixel is a good example how you get good pictures by polished software. Secondly. I am not buying a camera here.
-Battery. I don't care about the battery size. The performance and battery life is more important to me. I can imagine Vivo can have long battery life.
-Have to admit. Speedy charging time is a nice feature. But is it good for the battery in long run. Why Samsung and Apple don't have that feature ? Maybe there is a reason for that.
-Price. Unfortunately Foldables are expensive. It is good, that we are getting some competition.
-The outer screen. The device is about 1mm wider but the screen is about 3mm wider due to slimmer bezels. And that makes sense. It is now about one letter wider than previously. The Samsung narrow outer screen has been a problem for me.
-Samsung is the thickest. Yes. But it fits my pocket and hand.
-Weight. About the same as the others. I wish they all could be closer to 200g in the future.
-Seam. Chinese phones have less visible seam.
-None of the manufacturers are here for the good will. They all just want your money.
I dont care if it's Apple, Vivo, Samsung, OnePlus... If the phone is durable with a good software and the features that I need, I'm happy.😁

People always want to justify their purchases and get offended when people have opposing viewpoints. For people to make comments about your children is ridiculous. We are talking about phones people...let that sink in. It's really not that serious.

I've been a Samsung fan since the Galaxy S5, but once they released the Fold 5 with no changes I lost respect for them. They're as bad as Apple now. Going with the Honor Magic V3 next. Thanks for this channel btw. You're the only good channel to go to for info on these Chinese devices and teaching people how to buy and use them in the US.

If you're doing facts why not mention security updates? When I was evaluating the magic v2 vs zfold last month the Samsung was un June's security patch while the honor was stuck on April's. That's a fact, and objectively a very important one, why ignore it?

This is the best video ever 😂😂😂, mind you I’m a Samsung Knight too! So fellow Samsung Knights please don’t roast me!😢 I have been rocking the S23 Ultra but I just got to hand it over to The Average Dad 🫡👏👏, Samsung really at the very least should not have increased the price just because they saw the 7 Years of OS and security updates as a selling feature, I mean look at the Google Pixel series! The recently released Pixel 8A for example is still a budget phone whilst still receiving 7 years of OS and security updates! Know I know what ur probably thinking about, I can’t compare a slab style to a foldable right? But still within those 7 years are they really going to release anything major???!!! Like think about it okay, the only reason I could probably think of why they would increase the price is to compete with the IPhones over VALUE OF DEPRECIATION & PROFIT!!!! Other than that, nothing I am now really thinking of making a switch BUT if Average Dad could make a video about the “RANKINGS OF WHICH FOLDABLE SOFTWARE COMES THE CLOSEST TO SAMSUNG” that would be greatly appreciated.

I can honestly say I like how you responded with a video with the facts. As a consumer, choice is always a great thing to have so I'm glad you are presenting everyone with alternatives to get the best for their buck. As much as we want samsung to win, this iteration is admittingly full of shortcomings for those that have continued to support the fold line

I think the cover screen is 3mm wider than the Z Fold5, the device itself is 1mm wider. That being said, just bought a OnePlus Open, and I'm loving the much wider cover screen coming from the fold4 and fold5.

Hi there I've got a s22 ultra and wanted a fold and agree I love the software on the samsung in your opinion which fold has the best software behind samsung??? incase I ever decide to get one. Also I notice samsung aren't daft in the sense for their trade In deals as they don't offer any for vivo, oneplus devices etc for any future trade ins
