I’m really introverted and feeling guilty about not sharing you more....you really are a gem Coach. Just know that if you a certain percentage of support, you have at least 20% more just...hesitant on the typing....we love you tho...

That grip on the triceps is extremely helpful I totally didn't think of that detail. Great video!

The way you (and your guests) teach with clear language, tons of details, and live examples is fantastic! Thanks for another great video!

.
You could do something similar from wrist control too.

If you have good wrist control, you could jump to the side and snatch them down with the " ring the bell " technique he is demonstrating.

Great guests.

This guy touches on a ton of concepts in the first minute, way more than just showing a move.

Practiced this a bit in my living room with no opponent. Went into BJJ class and hit this 9 out of 10 times. It's so smooth and just like he said, almost everyone will take that step with the far side leg and you're good to go! One tip for those in the gi, this is difficult sometimes to get that grip behind the elbow, so I was trying it while they were holding my lapel. This still works. If they don't let go of the lapel, just the changing of levels makes them step, if they do, have that elbow grip ready and ring the bell and then they step. Just watch out for the guillotine if you miss or lose the grip on the elbow. Generally, you'll be on the correct side for the von flue if this happens since they're going for it with the arm that you missed and you have the opposite leg snatched.

Sweet moves, no fillers video instructions, stuff you can use the next day and drill forever to get it sharper. That's why You Tube instructors are wayyyy better than any live instructors in a gym just running another class that day.

Who has done this move? I have never seen it. I simply don't think it works because the arm being held can be shaken off so easily. The lateral shift and drop is an interesting move though and may work even without the arm drag. I am wondering if it would work from a 2 on 1.

It would be sweet if you step thru to a leg lock lock off that low single.
