In Poland we usually celebrate Easter religiously. I mean, we go to church on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday during the Holy Week which we call The Great Week. We also call Good Friday ---> The Great Friday.
On Friday pious people fast, we do not eat any meat and adults are supposed to eat very little at all.
On the Great Sunday morning we go to church at 6 a.m. Obviously, you can choose other services but this one is the most prestigious. The best part of Easter, however, is the Great Monday which is called Wet Monday. We just pour buckets of water on each other. The youth love it!

We make Easter special kurishappam during the eve. We also take fasting from the ash wednesday. Kurishappam is a dish which is made in the state of Kerala in India. We prepare the dish in good Saturday
