First and foremost, I appreciate the effort you put into this.

However as a pointer for presentations, you should not accept questions from an audience until after the presentation as it will force things to be longer than needed.

2nd, You should then show the github repo and link so everyone can demo with you by simply cloning your repo from a ... github address.

This video was too long, and I think you could have started with diagrams first. Then showed where the diagram correlated to Jenkins components. I was disappointed to have watched your first video which briefly explained shared libraries only after watching 1 hour and 26 minutes, then it did not show a link to this video where you did not use the top principals of youtube.

The top principals of youtube is that people do not wish to read, that is why they hunt for the videos, if you force an audience to read during a video, you have not only disappointed them, but you have violated a top principal.

Next use more diagrams and at the end link everyone to the github repo. A good example is hawaiideveloper's repo. He made it easy and shows the steps, then follows his steps when he teaches people.

He does not make youtube videos, but he does a great job at teaching people. My recommendation is that you redo this video, then in your meta... Link people to that newly created video and try to keep the instruction within 15 minutes and if it goes over 15, let the audience know about section 2 and keep it precise not overwhelming.

Anyways, I have lots of videos under another alias, and as a fellow youtuber... I felt I owed you that. So that you can generate subscribers, and build more income.
