Oakland woman brutally attacked by group of young people | KTVU

Amanda Raye, only had to walk a few blocks to make it home after 1 am Saturday morning.
She said she had just left a bar and picked up pizza near 17th and Franklin Streets in Oakland, when a group of young people attacked her out of nowhere.

I'm a man, and I'm afraid of going to Oakland. A friend of mine was working on his car in front of his house during day and was attacked. Another friend had a nice house in the hills. A bunch of guys broke into her garage while she was home. When the guys saw her husband, they ran. But, before the police got there, they came back and stole her bikes! She sold her house and moved.

One am in the morning, walking home from a bar alone and getting pizza. It's not safe in CA. There are beating reports not being reported by the news media. You have to pay attention and watch your back more so than ever.
