infact, you can get it as soon as you get a reaver shark because i think calamity mod retained the 100 pickaxe power

Can't you technically craft it pre-any bosses since you can find 5 hellstone bars in hells laboratory?

So just make 2 worlds, head down to the underworld and mine the 5 bars that sit in the upper floor. Or am I missing something?

I actually used this on my fargo's souls dlc playthough. it was basically the mainstay for my weapon of choice considering the dps. it's only lacking trait is enemies that are above you, as targeting things above you is janky and hardly works, if ever

the dps for the hellwing staff it needs to go to night's ray/carnage ray

I would also just like to point out the old lord oathsword not because it’s broken but because it’s easy to get and provides very good utility in pre hard mode

I finished calamity mode as a mage main and I don't remember making this. Nice music tho it really made me miss Epic Battle Fantasy :(

I think that u used nights Ray on normal dummies so the lasers couldn’t home and fork into them
