I'd say kyoshi becoming immortal. She literally only died because she decided fuck it time for another avatar to have a shot.

The absolute biggest flex in Avatar belongs to Toph for making Metal Bending.

I'd say the biggest flex is living to be 230 years old without bullcrap like getting frozen in ice. Kyoshi's on top, and I'd say an even bigger flex is being just a really good firebender and being the dom when your significant other is the avatar and that avatar is kyoshi.

Also I'd say the most badass flex is being able to make an iceberg that allowed Aang to survive for 100 years without dying or having any negative side effects.

I side with kyoshi for a few reasons. Toph may have been holding up a spirit library by a tiny spire to save her friends, surrounded by an unfamiliar form of earth but it was also one of her biggest regrets that she couldn’t save appa too. Kyoshi however doesn’t seem to have much regret about splitting her home off of the peninsula and into an island. Her people were safe, and she left behind the Unagi to protect them after her death. Plus the fact that she was using a combination of elements, mostly earth bending and air bending, in the form of one of the rarest earth subbending skills: lava bending. Doing all this in full daofei getup, holding airbending fans, which were ancient tools amongst air benders, and the fact these fans would later be known by kyoshis name is extra impressive. Chin happening to choose to fall to his death is the cherry on top
