I read somewhere that when Barney was yelling in Floyd’s and the group of recruits’ faces at the station about nipping it in the bud, they had to do 21 takes because Andy couldn’t stop laughing. Even then he was still hiding his face and chuckling on the last one. Even Don Knotts was trying not to crack up
