Absolutely on point, as always. I stopped giving into my negative thoughts because I know that I am all there is and that I always get what I want. After being in between minimum wage jobs since September 2024, I just decided that I was done with it. I was going to continue my school through online classes and return to dental assisting. I was tired of doing all these working interviews without being paid, tired of having to work a schedule I hated and so tired of being paid less than I know I’m worth. I had a dental assistant interview last week and internally, I knew that I was chosen for the position and wasn’t going to do another working interview. I was hired on the spot with the pay I wanted, the schedule I prefer and better benefits than even I imagined! The office manager told me that she has met with a lot of other applicants already, and even though they have skills, I have the skills AND the personality.

Erik, you’re really out there saving lives. I repeat your affirmations all the time and now, everyone reflects back to me that I really am all there is and that no one is better than me ✨

I realised recently that the key core of manifesting, as Neville said, is feeling deep love. He says love is the secret, it is God, it is everything and the source of all. Once you feel deep love within you, knowing that it's coming from your desire and that your desire is already yours, this is how you get you manifestation (beyond self concept, which is also essential). Having leads to more having.

The old self never existed, the old circumstance never existed. The old self is dead, it never happened. Instead create a new version of you - a new character - this is someone your SP is deeply in love with. This is the person that is extremely wealthy. There is nothing to fix. Embody the new version of you that already has it, and feel a deep love and gratitude for HAVING and BEING. 🔥

this video hit it! you described exactly what I have gone through! the cycle! technique, it happens, it leaves and then you need help! I am so thankful I stopped doing that a couple of years ago. I still didn't have much direction but, I knew my life shouldn't be a constant affirmation driving me crazy. I started just living life and enjoying everything again. then I stumbled on this channel and now have totally started saying the mantra and I feel so much better! I don't feel a need now for really much of anything! I go to bed at night now feeling happy and peaceful no matter what! I woke up this morning and listened to this instead of my normal go to videos and this just put me in a whole wonderful mental space! and I look amazing today haha! who knew applying makeup while listening to Erik was a game changer hehe

I have been contemplating this for some time. Instead of saying all the SC affirmations I just affirm my identity and the rest comes with it. Ty for the confirmation dear "friend" . Just know who “I am” at all times 24/7 which is all loving and perfection!

The human (ego) self is the part of me that always wants to think and control everything! Leave the control to our “I am!” Our spirit self! Surrender and allow “when and how” things will come!

Wake up every day expecting a good day! It’s already a great day! Live as much as possible in the present moment! We don’t have to “do” anything! Just be!

Be aware of the mind if it wanders in the past or future, bring it back to the present! Meditate to quiet the mind when possible! Learn to shut off the phone, tv, radio etc just sit in silence. Learn to just be! Observe the mind! As Erik says notice - who am I being now? And now?

As the external world unfolds before us every second, every minute, every day just allow life to unfold like a wave of the ocean coming to you as if you’re standing along the shore line. Observing what’s next!

You don’t judge the wave whether it’s “good or bad!” Just surrender to it!

If it (the wave aka life) feels good, enjoy it, appreciate it!

If it (the wave aka life) doesn’t feel good, sit with it and allow! Don’t judge it! Don’t resist it! Don’t react to it. Don’t waiver! Just allow! Surrender! Surrender to the shitty feelings and just allow! This is how we build resilience and tolerance. It’s how we break the old habits that keep us from manifesting. Just don’t give in! Don’t stuff shitty emotions! Sit with it!

That’s it!

We can do our affirmations setting our intentions before going to sleep and upon waking while visualizing. But then move on! Upon waking, go live life! Be present!

And when the wave of shit comes at you, do what Erik says, “deny, choose and be!” Repeat, if necessary! As many times needed!

It’s such a simple concept! The more we do this and break old thinking habits and let go old belief systems that do not serve us, we begin to manifest all kinds of wonderful experiences!

We keep trying to force things when we need to surrender and allow our higher self, our I am, our source - whatever you call your powerful inner self to do the work for you and allow this part of who we are to do the manifesting.

We “the human self” don’t have to do anything but be present and not allow the mind to think so much of the past or future.

Just know!! Just know all desires are already in the universe as we align with it all and the wave will come when it’s supposed to come!
