Imagine popping to your local gym, ready to do some serious work and the 4th placed at Ironman WC casually strolls in next to you, starts putting out what looks like 6-something per mile pace while holding a full blown convo. Sarah you're great, wish you all the best, you deserve to have a great race at Kona

I’ve never wanted to see someone grab the tape at Kona for the win more than this human 👊❤️

Thanks for taking us into your world and being so transparent. It is inspiring to watch you work so hard to crack the code at Kona. Look forward to seeing you on the podium this year in Kona! Also, can't wait to see the internal temperature results :-). Rich

Learned so much from your "how to run" course with Taren G. You seem like such a nice person, so I'm really in your corner. I hope you have a great race at Kona that you're happy with, and get the result that you want. Best of luck!

I remember Lance Amstrong doing that thermometer thing back in the day.

Such a nice young lady. Hope she has another great showing in Kona despite all the health setbacks this year.

Ben had B Achilles tendonitis and plantar in both feet due to aging for 10 years. Work in P.T.and tried everything to relieve it.

Only high doses of vit C and collagen helped it go away, stopped after 2 months and it cam back, as long as you keep you Vit C at 10-20g and do your P.T. it can get better but Vit C was the game changer just don't take it close to your workouts.
Hope you can be pain free.

Start Zwift running Sarah!

You can do a quick calibration on any treadmill anywhere as long you have a foot pod, and it takes away the boredom
