MONSTER of a Truck! 1962 Ford F600 in Boise, Idaho!

Charlie was kind enough to tell us about his custom built truck that started life as a 1962 Ford F600. It's been shortened with a custom truck bed made to fit over the rear dual wheels. He also added Foyr Wheel Drive and a built blower motor with dual quad carburetors. It's a beauty!

That is a very nice truck! Love that he kept a classic, clean look to it while blending all of the mods into it to be almost seamless. Lot of thought and work there for sure.

The doors on those trucks really do shut nicely. They have a certain sound that is so unique that Charlie Daniels began a song with boots walking through gravel and then walking up to a 64 Ford pick up opening the door getting in and shutting it, then the song starts.

Love it! I used to drive a '62 F600 with a 16-foot flatbed in my part-time job while a senior in high school (1975-1976). Had a 4-speed with a 2-speed rear end.
