Bicester Village is pretty much there now for Asians. I've met quite a few Chinese people that come to the UK on holiday, and go to Bicester village to buy designer stuff "cheap" to take back and sell for profit. They spend thousands at a time. It used to be alright there when I was a kid, I got most of my vans shoes from the outlet store cos it was Hella cheap compared to normal, but that was before online shopping was really a thing, like 25 years ago.
