Thanks as always for the great informative videos!
What would you suggest if, hypothetically, in your example video at the 0:34 sec mark, instead of continuing on his rail, the fins now disengage and the tail slips out so that the board planes and the surfer does a tailslide down the face instead?

hey so what you do is engage the rail first by putting weight on the back heel. and then you continue the turn by putting the weight on your front foot hell and use your body to guide it? also does this technique work for backside bottom turns!
