First public tiered obby upload. In the future I'll only upload tier 16s and above. I doubt anyone calls clouds a t16 nowadays as this seems like a pretty strat carried obby and didn't take me too long to get used to even as someone who plays tiered obbies every once in a blue moon. I wouldn't rate this lower than a high 15 though.
