The Washington State Department of Health has announced updated guidance for what to do when someone gets sick from COVID-19, the flu, RSV, or other respiratory viruses.

State Epidemiologist for Communicable Disease Dr. Scott Lindquist joined anchors Steve McCarron and Kelly Koopmans to talk about the state’s recommendations and how they go a step further from recent new guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Simply not true. I've been following data in the thick of the epidemic and very often the death rate among unvaccinated was lower than in vaccinated.

Those with weakened brains, chronic paranoia, or extreme fear, along with meth users, those with extremely huge noses, and residents that congregate in mental facilities, should prioritize mask-wearing, especially in indoor public toilets with poor ventilation or during travel on any EV transportation. Everyone else will not need to use one.

Ferrets have the closest immune type to humans.
UK has roughly (half million) Ferrets.
Ferrets spread influenza to humans.
Not a single case of 1 Ferret contracting, spreading or dying of Sars Cov2.
Which animal has been chosen to test model CV19 vaccines on?

The Ferret.

Common sense? Most people don't give a damn about making someone else sick.

I work in geriatric care and my last 4 admits were covid positive. Weakness is a fall, is a broken bone or 2. Or severe dehydration causing kidney injury or encephalopathy. Definitely a pneumonia. Older people that could have lived independently at home for another decade or more are now so deconditioned that they never get back to where they were. I've been vaccinated 8 times and have to get my 9th next month. Every nursing home I've been in since October have had Covid outbreaks. I wear a mask all the time (I've never had covid). But I also don't want to take covid to the store, the movies, a restaurant. I've lived like lockdown for 4 years.
