5 Additional Tips For Olympus OM-D Cameras

I am sharing additional 5 tips for Olympus OM-D cameras. Some of these tips were compiled from popularly asked questions that I have received from blog readers and real life interactions with workshop participants and the general Micro Four Thirds audience. The 5 tips are:
1) Exposure Shift - for ETTR Shooter 0:53
2) Manual Flash Control 2:40
3) FPS or IS Priority in Burst Sequential Mode 4:28
4) Art Filter with Full Manual Control 6:11
5) PEN-F Monochrome Profile for OM-D cameras 7:35

Wow, I've used Oly cameras for many, many years. But I never knew the exact technique you used to adjust the manual flash output from the SCP... and yes, I do read all of the camera manuals. This was excellent!

I don't often use the Art filters much, partially because of the lack of control. Thank you for the tip to access the art filter through the SPC rather than the mode dial.

Tip #4 about filter mode -- not using art on dial, if wanting more control. Sounds great. I guess automatic in Art is OK too :) Thanks, Loren

Very good tips for the use of OMD cameras. Just wondering whether the percentage indicator exists for OMD EM5 mark 3 ? Can’t seem to find it
